[TYPO3-english] remove <div class="tx-dce-pi1"> wrap

is there a way to remove the deafult wrapper aroun content elements

i have in custom backend

background_image < styles.content.get
background_image.select.where = colPos = 3

in html code - my content in this column get's wrapped by <div 
class="tx-dce-pi1"></div>

I can hack it out with javascript after load - but would rather not

any suggestions
