[TYPO3-english] extbase/fluid extension as PLUGIN_TYPE_CONTENT_ELEMENT

Hi,

I would like to add and extbase/fluid extension as if where a content 
element.

I have added the following line ans added a wizardItems:
\TYPO3\CMS\Extbase\Utility\ExtensionUtility::configurePlugin(

    \TYPO3\CMS\Extbase\Utility\ExtensionUtility::PLUGIN_TYPE_CONTENT_ELEMENT
}

But how do I get it to display the TCA form / record when you click page 
-> add content element -> my extension?

Is there an example available somewhere?
