[TYPO3-english] hiding non translated pages

All the information about translations, hide pages/content or show 
content in default language, language switches can be found in

It's a bit old, but all the options are still there. Read it from the 
beginning to learn how to setup languages and configuration correctly. 
The examples will show you the different translation modes, fall back 
configuration, and so on.
