[TYPO3-english] TYPO3 6.1 - bug with images?

hi,

i use TYPO3 6.1 and encountered a strange behaviour.

i have an "image only" element with 3 png images. only the first image
shows up in the frontend.

i see that for the first one a csm_... file got created in the _processed_
folder. for the others not.

also the csm_... image got rescaled to a width of 193px but i didn't
specify this size anywhere. i would like to use the original size of the
png (which is 246px).

what could be the reason for this?
