[TYPO3-english] Blank screen after copying site

The servers error log says:

[Tue Jun 04 13:40:09 2013] [warn] [client 83.95.179.182] mod_fcgid: stderr: PHP Warning:  require_once(/var/www/vhosts/stauningkirke.dk/httpdocs/000site/typo3/sysext/extbase/Classes/Mvc/Dispatcher.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /var/www/vhosts/stauningkirke.dk/httpdocs/000site/typo3/sysext/extbase/ext_localconf.php on line 6

The file that should her missing - Dispatcher.php - actually is at the mentioned location. Only the folder named Mcv i in the error log is named MCV on the server. Is that maybe the what causes the error? That is: Is it case sensitive?
