[TYPO3-english] clear cache after 12h

Hello List,
 I`m wondering about one thing. If I set on single page (with uid = 82, so
it is simple page record not whole installation) that the cache should be
cleared after 12h is it equal to clearing whole cache or just cache only
for this page ?
