[TYPO3-english] What can clear cache automaticly ?

I want to disable it cause I have massive ammount of data. after clearing
all caches i have about 300-400 inserts of cache in every seconds. that
crusches my site because there are no free connection pools to db so no one
can use it.

Thats why I need to handle clearing cache manualy at specific time. I can't
allow anybody to clear even cache of single site in the working hours
