[TYPO3-english] What can clear cache automaticly ?

Hello,
 I'm wondering what process of TYPO3 can clear cache of site automaticly ?

For example ? If I DIDN`T set it can TYPO3 update automaticly clear cache
after updating tt_content element ?
Is there some kind of config of that ?

I know that updating main template setup can do it automaticly.
