[TYPO3-english] typo3 4.7.7 and getcontentbyajax problem

Hello,

I have a running typo3 site having core 4.7.7 .
I have installed getcontentbyajax extension ( version 1.1.3)
on the page where it is called it throws an error

I have followed http://stackoverflow.com/questions/13194083/typo3-4-7-with-ext-getcontentbyajax

and applied the modification, but no success :-(
No informative log from apache error log.

Any other fix/patch ?

php version is 5.3.20
