[TYPO3-english] FAL: "File has been deleted" in EM

Hi,

Anyone else experienced this exception when using ex. extension manager or
other extbase module trying to show a image with the image viewhelper?

If i click the Extension manager module  enough times to walk through all
images called by the image viewhelper, the page is shown again.
