[TYPO3-english] SOLR on Windows 8

Ports are correct and localhost points to 127.0.0.1

In reports:
Apache Solr
Your site was unable to contact the Apache Solr server.

   - Site: Home (pid: 1, language: default) - 127.0.0.1:8080/solr/core_en/
   - Scheme: http
   - Host: 127.0.0.1
   - Port: 8080
   - Path: /solr/core_en/

I've changed the settings to point to a remote solr and it worked, so it
must be something with my Windows, but not sure how to solve this.
