[TYPO3-english] TCA/IRRE: limit possible "type" of related child records in "inline" fields?

it does not seem that "foreign_types" enables you to limit available 
types of the associated record. as far as i discovered "foreign_types" 
only enables you to configure which fields will be shown (for each 
specific record type).

did i miss something?
