[TYPO3-english] Context sensitive help (CSH) with question mark link in TYPO3 6.0?

This is what one of our customers wanted very much too. They said that 
having an obvious help indicators is better than windows popping up 
suddenly when editors do not need them.

Could not get it back even though traces of that code still exists in the 
core (it was not a clean removal).
