[TYPO3-english] The uploaded file exceeds the size-limit of 0 bytes

Hi,

Any idea of what might cause this?

How ever small file I try to upload with Fileadmin I get:
The uploaded file exceeds the size-limit of 0 bytes

There are no such limits set.
