[TYPO3-english] Web TV with TYPO3

Hi!
 
I have a web based TV project to achieve. Roughly I need a video portal with a search engine with categories etc (a kind of private youtube), a bit like www.delcam.tv .
All videos would be in mp4 and playable from the web site. Embedding youtube video with tt_news is not an option.
 
Have you developed already this kind of platform with TYPO3? If yes, what extension would be useful? If not, do you know any open source project that could do the job?
