I already found the solution on my own. The following does the trick:

  file6 = fileadmin/template/css/retina-responsive.css
  file6.media = screen
  file6.allWrap (
<!--[if gt IE 8]><!-->|<!--<![endif]-->
<!--[if !IE]>| <![endif]-->
)
