There are a few problems:
- people do not see the nice big shiny button with the download option. 
I don't know why, but many seem to overview it
- the instructions are not easy for those who are not familiar with 
command line tools. It's very developer oriented. And because they 
already overseen the download button they start panicking.

Maybe some people expect too much from Neos 1.0 :-)
