[TYPO3-english] Typo3 6.1.6 Could not connect to SQL database! (Mysql)

Try to deactivate the extension "dbal" manually from the configuration file. That is my problem since Typo3 v4.7
This extension does not work with many servers

I have install on the same server (Ubuntu 12.04) introduction package 4.5.31 and introduction package 6.1.6.  I  am able to connect to mysql with 4.5.31 package. But the 6.1.6 package resist all attempt. I am using the same mysql credential in for both package. They are side by side on the same everything, and everything is fully writable by web server. After reading all I have found on the subject, I understand that a lot of causes can produce this behavior, I have try all I have found up to now. Somebody have course of try  to propose??

 

Env. is  Apache 2.2.22, PHP 5.4.21, MySql 5.5.34, Zend Server 6.2, Ubuntu
12.04 server.
