On RTE-enabled fields, you may try to invoke the database-to-RTE 
transformation (TYPO3\CMS\Core\Html\RteHtmlParser). You will have to 
provide appropriate configuration to the transformation.

If you are exporting to a non-TYPO3 system, you will probably have to 
somehow resolve links to internal pages that refer to TYPO3 page uid's.
