Ok, I checked it. I gave you the wrong path to the temp-files. For v6 it is typo3temp/Cache/. Just 
delete the contents of this folder.

If you did not a upgrade and it worked before and the problems started with deactivating dbal, I 
don't think it is related to the given post.
