[TYPO3-english] PHP Fatal error: Call to a member function query() on a non-object in /opt/lampp/htdocs/typo3_src+d

Have a look in the "typo3conf" folder and check for files that prefixed with "temp_". But I am not 
sure, if it is the same for TYPO3 v6.
