[TYPO3-english] Error during file indexing: "Table 'typo3_db2.sys_file' doesn't exist"

Hello colleagues,

I had a old version of typo3 installed in our server and wanted to upgrade it.

Going from 4.4 to 6.1 I did the following steps:

+ first upgraded to 4.7 
+ used migration tool for moving to 6.1

everything looks working good except one thing.

When trying to run Install -> Upgrade Wizard -> Migrate all file links of RTE-enabled fields to FAL 

(warning: Updating the reference index
This script bases itself on the references contained in the general reference index (sys_refindex). It is strongly advised to update it before running this wizard.)

When I press Next->Perform Updates I get this error:

Error during file indexing: "Table 'typo3_db2.sys_file' doesn't exist"
