[TYPO3-english] Multiaccounting Protection - Extension - EN

Hi Community,

does anybody know an extension or buildin way to protect FE users from 
multiaccounting?
Reason is: I do not want FE users to share their accounts.

If there is not such a solution available, i will start developing an 
extension that supports such kind of protection.
Answer with +1 if you want me to develop the extension. With enough 
interests i will start developing.
