[TYPO3-english] Fatal error on backend login - version 4.7.14

I deleted typo3temp/cache but now I get:



Fatal error: Class 'TYPO3\CMS\Core\Utility\ExtensionManagementUtility' not found in /var/www/vhosts/randerstegl.dk/httpdocs/typo3/sysext/perm/ext_autoload.php on line 2
