[TYPO3-english] Cannot login after upgrade

Hi all,

I recently upgrade my typo3 installation from 4.6.18 to 4.7.0. I was logged in when the upgrade happened so I ran the database queries and updated the version to be 4.7. However, I've since logged out and now I cannot log back in.

To help debug this, is there a log somewhere I can look to see what's going on?

I've tried deleting temp* files. The loginSecurityLevel was set to normal but I set it to rsa and neither works. Both sv and saltedpasswords are also installed and enabled.

I had no troubles logging in to 4.6.18 with normal loginSecurityLevel.
