[TYPO3-english] Notify translater on each change on the site

Hi

we would like to send a notification to a translator each time something 
changes in the default language of our site (4.5 LTS).

Is there a suitable tool?

No problem for news, just plug the RSS feed into IFTTT.com, but it 
should watch all changes in tt_content as well.
