[TYPO3-english] Reporting the following bug

When you try to upload a PDF (only with this extension) file into fileadmin 
folder (or to their subfolders) which it's name contains a dash, the 
following error is thrown:

1: Extension of file name "00016-FullPrestec_01.pdf" is not allowed in 
"E:/xampp/htdocs/intranet/fileadmin/"!

If you try to upload without the dash no error is shown and the file is 
being upload (If we rename the pdf file to 00016FullPrestec_01.pdf).

Anyone could, please, report this bug? I don't know how to do it.
