[TYPO3-english] uploads/tf for backend user

Hi,

I have a multisite system where normal backend users can edit some constants.

There is this one constant type=file and the upload folder (uploads/tf) is available for admin users but the normal backend user's uploading doesn't succeed. There is no error message either.

Any hint how I could open this folder uploads/tf to normal backend users for file uploading?
