[TYPO3-english] No database selected with correct credential

Hi,

A few ideas:

- Invalid DB host: is your phpmyadmin running on the very same host as
your TYPO3 website? Meaning you unzipped it inside your TYPO3 website or
is it provided by your web hoster? Perhaps you should not put "localhost"

- You accidentally activated DBAL (in 'extList') although you don't need
it and somehow the DBAL configuration is wrong
