[TYPO3-english] backend layouts & allowed content elements

i once had it in a TYPO3 4.6.3.

i also searched the log file and git repository commit messages.

wait: maybe they (and me) had an extension installed which added the
feature without knowing of that side effect? maybe EXT:gridelements? i have
to investigate...
