Via an extension, or is this some core functionality? I'm moving from  
TemplateVoila (Loved it!) to Fluid templates, and this is one thing I'm  
very concerned about. TV is great for editors and HTML+CSS designers, so  
far I'm struggling with the Fluid approach.
