[TYPO3-english] A TYPO3 quick start package...

Hi

I was wondering if there exists a TYPO3 basic start package, targeted at 
the user who only needs basic editing functionality and choose from 
different web templates?

I know that there is the Introduction Package - but that only includes 
one template, right?

I know about WEC Starter Package - but that seems to be bit outdated now.
