[TYPO3-english] Change default frame wrap based on column number

I'm sure this has been asked before and I have searched but can't find 
anything,

in page tsconfig you can set the default frame wrap to use, but is it 
possible to have a different default frame wrap specified in page tsconfig 
based on a CE's column number?

Or if this is not possible (changing page ts config), is it possible to 
change the default wrap based on a CE's column?

Does anyone know how to do this?
