On one of the pages I read something like this:
"Workflow - With TYPO3 Workflow it is much easier to work with content for
big teams. If you have a huge web site with a lot of content and a team of
several editors, checkers and news makers, then you will get great benefit
with TYPO3 workflow capabilities. With TYPO3 Workflow you can grant
privileges flexibly – so editors could prepare content, but it won't
be published until approved by chief editor. He could publish it or return
for revision."
Is there somewhere a description of how to do it?
