[TYPO3-english] inlineStyle2TempFile

Hi,

In tsref config.inlineStyle2TempFile is:
If set, the inline styles TYPO3 controls in the core are written to a file,  typo3temp/stylesheet_[hashstring].css, and the header will only contain the link to the stylesheet.

What are the "inline styles TYPO3 controls in the core"?

If I want to add my own dynamic styles to be "externalized" into a temp file, how should I add the styles?
