+1 to keep discussions on typo3-english
All constructive discussions with good and community based decisions started and took place on typo3-english. This List is the best place for stuff like this as all other places don't mobilize a community like here. An isolated list will isolate actually split again the community.
In a base democratic system there should be only ONE simple rule - that those discussions take place NOT on typo3-german or and other language than english, as otherwise the worldwide TYPO3community cannot follow!

Imho typo3.english is a fine place to discuss stuff when everyone watches their language and tries to respect the work of others. Going into a monthly flamewar cycle within a defined channel can't be the solution.
