[TYPO3-english] Add File modification time to file links in RTE

Hi list,
is it possible to add the file modification time to all file links
inserted via RTE.
Instead of fileadmin/user_upload/MyWeeklyChangedPdf.pdf it should be
fileadmin/user_upload/MyWeeklyChangedPdf.pdf?1350555200 (timestamp of
last modification) to force reload of the file.
Or is there any other way to solve this?
