[TYPO3-english] To top extension

Hi Sergio,

you don't need an extension to solve this. The "to top" link is just a standard link. If you are 
still using a JS-library like jQuery you could get a plugin which causes a smooth scroll and just 
set the trigger-target to the class of the "top top" link. If you don't use a JS-library you should 
not get one just for one simple effect. There are a lot of JS-Snippets out there, which do exactly 
what you want to achieve.
