my site will stay with the green, as a pure orange site is unreadable
and hurts *my* eyes. I will furtheron use the logo in orange *and*
green. the association may sue me as a member.

I'm with you in all your points.
it all remembers to incidents before, where the community already plead
for more information while big changes were decided inside a small inner
circle of people, affronting the community.
not every community member is able to join all meetings and events to
get a personal contact to this inner circle.
There is a life outside of TYPO3 and not everyone has enough time and
money to join all or any of this events.
and to the sayings: 'you could take part in this decision if you came to
T3???-event':
as long as the number of tickets is limited it means: some people are
not allowed to participate.
just my thoughts to 'community participation', but that is another thread.
