True again... Definitely room for improvement on that point. Thinking 
back about the last logo change, though - we did a lot of that out in 
the open branding mailing list. And I gotty say, some of it was pretty 
painful to work with. I would do it like that again but you have to 
realize that there are some pretty hard drawbacks about doing it like 
that. Sketches of new logos are suddenly spread out, clients think we're 
crazy, implementation of CI changes are much more difficult to control 
etc. etc.
