[TYPO3-english] Rebranding: Get the green back

File a bug report. There is a green color missing as this was always the hope to get things running while the orange part had more an alarming - here I come - Character. We actually need the green as the green. The monochrome only orange stuff looks awful and looks like nikelodeon to be honest.
