[TYPO3-english] upload field in TT_news

Well, it seems that was not it...
What I found now was to add

options.uploadFieldsInTopOfEB = 1
***
To the user TS...
Adding it to a group everyone was in seems to give a solution.
Although I still don't get why I all of a sudden need to give that into the
user TS...

If anyone knows how to just enable it globaly instead of adding it to a
group or a user TS?
