[TYPO3-english] Problems with listing of contents in backend

Hi to all,

I need to make the bar on each content in the page module of the backend 
always visible (not show on hover).

It's possible?

Furthermore the header of the content is showed in my backend on a new 
row under the language flag (still in the bar of the content). It's 
possible to position it at right of the language flag?
