[TYPO3-english] Last TYPO3 version without fluid/extbase

Funny, it looks like we have to read changelog for knowing the history 
of upcoming releases... after they have been released.

These informations MUST be available and known BEFORE, and must be 
planned before.

I see there is no idea on how a project should be managed.
