[TYPO3-english] Integrating Typo3 with HTML5, CSS3 and Jquery

Hello,

I just want to use Typo3 with a HTML5-CSS3-Jquery with div tags so when a
menu is click jquery will scroll down or up to that page. here you have a
sample i want to use

the menus must be a typo3 pages but all the pages are in integrated to a
single page.

any hint or suggestion is best for me
