You can build the site with pure TypoScript (old, ugly, slow, memory 
consuming, not recommended), autotemplatemaker (HTML template, special 
markers in it, good solution), and TemplaVoila (HTML temnplate, 
point-and-click mapping of areas, easiest for the beginner).
