[TYPO3-english] Just an idea integrate FLOW in Future TYPO3 CMS Versions

Hello FLOW Developers,

as i had many looks into FLOW and extbase i would suggest to deliver a
real FLOW with a NEOS compatible package format with one future TYPO3
version.

Lateron i would also

Why:
 - Same base for extensions for today an future
 - TYPO3 CMS also has Namespaces, so there is no need for extbase
   anymore
 - Easier migration ;)

FollowUps
 - change extmgm to support TYPO3 CMS and TYPO3 NEOS extensions
 - Add Adapters for TYPO3 CMS to support the modules
