I have no idea about the PDF generator, I'm just trying to help you 
weed out the possible sources of error. 

Are you certain the problem is with the PDF generator? Are the Asian 
fonts available on the machine you are displaying the PDF on? Have 
you tried opening the PDF on a different machine? Does the website 
look alright with correct Asian fonts? 

Just my 2 eurocents worth.
