[TYPO3-english] What happened to the "chained typoscript" project?

are you sure that there has been implemented something what was 
described as "chained typoscript"? i could not find anything - but maybe 
i searched at the wrong place.

e.g. i searched the ts-ref for the term "chain" but could not find it.

as far as i remember the last release notes, i guess this feature is not 
implemented yet, is it?
