[TYPO3-english] BE CSV export - semi-colon

Thanks, I need this to be really simple. It's for a BE user that uses
Mac computer and they want to download list of FE users, using this CSV
export is the simpliest thing I found. Anyway, I can't make them rename
file or any other more complicated thing than "double click the
downloaded file".
